Desta del Carmen is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, who has been trained in multiple disciplines of dance.  She started performing burlesque professionally in 2014 after graduating from the Atlanta School of Burlesque and is one of the founding members of The Candybox Revue.  She has performed all over the country while presenting audiences with her performance style that draws from her soul and rhythmic influences while incorporating personal experiences to evoke an atmosphere and time period.
